Finally Friday...

T-G-I to the mother-freakin' F! I have been looking forward to this weekend for a few weeks now. Big plans? Weekend getaway? Nope and nope. Even better. I get a day off... like a whole day with nothing to do and I plan on sitting in my PJ's all dang day! The last couple of weeks have been go-go-go and even on the weekends I've been gong just as fast as during the week. Now I just need to make it through today's work day and a 12-hour cheering competition tomorrow before I can be a lazy bum relax on Sunday! I realize this whole paragraph makes me sound incredibly lazy but in reality, I just need a day, that's all.

That one on the left? I bought him an XBox Live membership for Valentine's Day and I realize this makes me sound old but holy heck, video games sure have changed since I was a kid! I was so pumped back in the day to get Super Mario Bros. 3 and thought that was just the cream of the crop. Now? Ryan plays video games with his friends across town from the comfort of his own bedroom while talking to them on his headset. Fun stuff, although Emily and I were talking last night and apparently we were being too loud because he yelled out from his bedroom for us to "ssshhh!" Did he just shhhh us? Yes, yes he did.
