First things first, can we talk about Cheez-Its for a second? I love Cheez-Its, they are my crack. I don't even buy them when I'm trying to lose weight because I'll eat them. All of them. Just a handful for a snack? Not a chance. Give me half a box please. Apparently the addiction runs in my house because last night as I was going through my son's schoolwork, look what I found in his essay for D.A.R.E. class...
I died. I could not stop laughing... freaking hysterical! Damn you Cheez-Its, damn you... and thank you all at the same time!
Onto my weigh-in this week which showed a 2.8 lbs. loss... yeah buddy! The absolute best motivation to keep going is to see a loss on the scale so I was pretty happy this morning.
I obviously did well this week in order to get a good loss. I stayed close to 1,200 calories and drank a lot of water most days. Those two things I need to keep up. The bad things this week? I'm still not running which I need to snap out of... my sickness is still lingering but I can run, I'm just choosing not to because I'm lazy. I also had a couple of cheat meals this week which obviously didn't do any harm on the scale but I'd like to tone those down this week.

This sounds like it came right out of my mouth. I used to have them wedged between my mattress and headboard in college for snack in bed lol!

That is great for a week! I love most anything that I can shove into my mouth easily! Cutting back on food is definitely the hardest thing for me.
girlfriend, i wrote post after post about my issues with constipation. now that im eating well again im struggling with it all over again but not as badly. a friends mother hooked me up with Fiber Wise from Melaleuca and it really does help keep me more regular. I eat a ton of fiber and I thought - there's no way that's the issue - but I use the powder, drank lots of water and felt much better! Just a suggestion :)
