First things first, can we talk about Cheez-Its for a second? I love Cheez-Its, they are my crack. I don't even buy them when I'm trying to lose weight because I'll eat them. All of them. Just a handful for a snack? Not a chance. Give me half a box please. Apparently the addiction runs in my house because last night as I was going through my son's schoolwork, look what I found in his essay for D.A.R.E. class...
Onto my weigh-in this week which showed a 2.8 lbs. loss... yeah buddy! The absolute best motivation to keep going is to see a loss on the scale so I was pretty happy this morning.
I obviously did well this week in order to get a good loss. I stayed close to 1,200 calories and drank a lot of water most days. Those two things I need to keep up. The bad things this week? I'm still not running which I need to snap out of... my sickness is still lingering but I can run, I'm just choosing not to because I'm lazy. I also had a couple of cheat meals this week which obviously didn't do any harm on the scale but I'd like to tone those down this week.
