Super Bowl Recipe - Link-Up

Amy over at The Story of Us is having a great link-up today where everyone is sharing their favorite Super Bowl recipes. Honestly, the only thing better than this link-up would be if someone would make each one of these delicious goodies, put them all on a table, and let me sit there alone for 15 minutes. I could do some serious damage on that table of deliciousness and I assure you it would be the best 15 minutes of my fat-girl life.

My favorite Super Bowl recipe is so easy and so good. You want to be the hit of the party without a whole lot of effort? Make this, I promise it'll be a smash!

Wonton Tacos

1 lb. Ground Beef

1 packet Taco Seasoning

1 package Wonton Wrappers

Shredded Cheddar

That's it... super simple for your Super Bowl! Brown ground beef on stove top, drain, mix in taco seasoning as directed on package. Heat oven to 350°, spray muffin tin with cooking spray, place wonton wrappers in muffin tin, bake for 7-8 minutes until wrappers are golden brown and crisp. Fill cooked wrappers with meat/seasoning mixture, top with shredded cheddar, bake for another 30 seconds or so, just long enough to melt the cheese.

You can serve as is or bring along your favorite taco toppings. I buy salsa, sour cream, and guacamole and put them in pretty serving dishes right next to the tacos. Creative idea, pretty presentation, minimal effort, and great taste... you can not beat that!
