2013 Goals

Happy New Year! I'm not setting any resolutions this year because let's be honest, I'm 33 years old and I haven't stuck with a resolution yet... I'm pretty sure I'm not about to start that now! Instead, I'm making some goals for the new year...

Obviously I'm going to stop being one of these...
In order to look more like this...
Which leads to more goals that I want to be skinny for...

I'd like to have family pictures taken this year because in the 11 years that I've been a mom? I've never done it.

I want to run a 5K and a 10K... not just on my own, I want to run them in a real race.

I have money goals too... build up my savings account, have at least $1K in my Christmas Club account for holiday shopping, and take the kids on vacation.

Cross one new MLB ballpark off my list of seeing a game in all 30 parks... current total? 1. I need to get working on this!
Attend a college football game... preferably down south but working on my budget probably won't allow it so I'll settle for one up here in the northeast.

Hit up the Little League World Series. Ryan goes to summer camp at Little League headquarters in PA and even though it's a long drive, I'm willing to make it twice this summer so we can cross this off our bucket list!
Health and fitness, money, sports and good memories... that about sums me up and it sums up my goals for 2013! What are you looking forward to accomplishing and crossing off your bucket list in the new year?

College football in the south...there's nothing like it! I'm a UGA grad, we know how to have a good time! Best of luck on your goals! Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! My husband has the same goal - to see the MLB stadiums. So far, he thinks Pittsburgh is one of the best! :)

I LOVE the ball park goal, My hubby and I have the same goal! We make it to Anaheim stadium a couple of times each year (my father in law has season tickets) but whenever we travel we always try to catch a game if there is a park nearby!!

I hate family pictures. I am so jealous of all those skinny girls in their skinny jeans and riding boots who post pictures of their perfect family. Make me gag! But, I promise not to gag if you do that, I will totally high five you!

I love the baseball stadium idea! I have only been to a game at Busch Stadium, and also at AT&T park in San Fran. I have been on a bunch of stadium tours, just not games.

You should take a trip to STL, and you can cross off Busch Stadium off your list!

So much in common.. We to have a gpal of visiting all the ballparks and also just have visited 1. But are planning to do Baltimore and dc this summer since both are playing home in july. I am 33 years old and trying to get down to my post baby clothes. I have a wedding in November as motivation. I have been working about about four times a week for a year but also eating all the scraps my children leaving behind... So here I am using Mfp to try to record what I eat...

If you want the ultimate college football experience, an Aggie football game is where its at! :) The Aggie Spirit is amazing! I'm with you on building up the savings. We are doing absolutely nothing this year, unless its free! Haha!
